Ingredients
1 1/2 lb (750 g) fresh Ground Turkey
1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped Onion
1/2 cup (125 mL) BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) dried Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Salt
ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place on oiled grill. Grill over medium heat 4 - 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in centre, basting with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
