Hawaiian Turkey Burgers

- Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup (50 mL) Pineapple Juice
- ½ cup (125 mL) Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp (5 mL) ground Ginger
- Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties. Grill on medium-high barbeque for 5-7 minutes on each side. Top each burger with 1 pineapple slice and 1 green pepper ring. 4 servings.
