- 16 slices smoked Deli Turkey
- 8 oz (250 g) light Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) prepared Mustard
- 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
- 8 Lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 8 flour Tortillas (9"/22 cm)
- Directions
- Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread evenly on tortillas. Arrange 2 slices of turkey on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2" (1 cm) border of cheese at top end so rolls will adhere better when rolled. Sprinkle with onion and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly, pressing firmly to seal. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until serving time. Cut into 1|| (2.5 cm) pieces to serve as an appetizer, or in half diagonally for sandwich-size servings.
