Ingredients
1 1/2 lb (750 g) fresh boneless Turkey Breast, fillets or thigh
1/4 cup (50 mL) Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup (50 mL) fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp (5 mL) Chili Powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Salt
2 each, medium Zucchini, Peppers and Onions,
cut in chunks
Directions
Cut turkey into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes. Combine oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Toss vegetables and turkey cubes in oil mixture to coat. Thread turkey and vegetables onto skewers. Grill over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Mushrooms and cherry tomatoes make an attractive accompaniment when placed on skewers and grilled beside the turkey kabobs.
