Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) Ground Turkey
1cup (250 mL) chopped fresh Spinach, optional
1/2 cup (125 mL) dry Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped Onion
1/4 cup (50 mL) light Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 large patties. Place patties on oiled grill. Grill over medium-high heat 4-6 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in centre. Serve with Mozzarella cheese and red pepper slices, if desired.
