½ cup (125 mL) Beer, Red or White Wine
Directions
Remove neck and giblets. Pat turkey dry with paper towels. Place the turkey, breast side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Fill turkey baster with ½ cup (125 mL) beer, red or white wine, make a small hole in the skin at the top of the turkey breast, and squirt the liquid through the hole. Roast or barbeque turkey as required, ensuring it's cooked to recommended internal temperature.
