Ingredients
3 tbsp (45 mL) Salt
4 tbsp (60 mL) Ground Onion Powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) Ground Garlic
2 tbsp (30 mL) Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Mix ingredients together and rub over the entire surface of the turkey, inside and out. Do your best to work the rub in under the skin. Let sit for about 2 hours in refrigerator. Cook as required based on turkey’s weight, ensuring turkey is cooked until the meat thermometer reads 170°F (77°C) for an unstuffed turkey, and the juices run clear. Prep Time: 10 minutes
