Cajun Turkey Rub
- Ingredients
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Salt
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Ground Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Ground Garlic
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Red Pepper Flakes
- Directions
- Mix ingredients together and rub over the entire surface of the turkey, inside and out. Do your best to work the rub in under the skin. Let sit for about 2 hours in refrigerator. Cook as required based on turkey’s weight, ensuring turkey is cooked until the meat thermometer reads 170°F (77°C) for an unstuffed turkey, and the juices run clear. Prep Time: 10 minutes
