Ingredients
4 tbsp (60 mL) Olive Oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) White Wine
1 tbsp (15 mL) Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) Onion, minced
4 tsp (20 mL) Fresh Rosemary, chopped
4 tsp (20 mL) Fresh Thyme, chopped
4 tsp (20 mL) Garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in the refrigerator until use. Roast or barbeque turkey as you would normally do, ensuring it's cooked to recommended internal temperature.

Tip
This is a great rub for turkey any way you plan to cook it. It really is best that you use fresh rosemary because you want the oils from the rosemary to season the turkey.
