What a Jerk of a Rub

- Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) White Sugar
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Table Salt
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Dried Onion Powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Black Pepper
- Directions
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until use. Prep Time: 10 minutes Roast or barbeque turkey as required, ensuring it's cooked to recommended internal temperature.
