Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) Brown Sugar
1/4 cup (50 mL) White Sugar
3 tbsp (45 mL) Table Salt
2 tsp (10 mL) Garlic Powder
2 tsp (10 mL) Dried Onion Powder
2 tsp (10 mL) Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until use. Prep Time: 10 minutes Roast or barbeque turkey as required, ensuring it's cooked to recommended internal temperature.
