Rosemary’s Turkey Rub

- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Fresh Rosemary Leaves
- 6-8 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
- zest of one Orange
- zest of one Lemon
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Fresh Thyme or 2 tsp (10 mL) Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Black Pepper
- Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor container and process until blended. If not using right away, place in airtight container and refrigerate. Prep Time: 12 minutes Roast or barbeque turkey as required, ensuring it's cooked to recommended internal temperature.
