Grilled Citrus Turkey Steaks

- 1 lb. (450 g) Turkey Steaks or Fillets
- 2 tbsps (30 mL) each: Orange juice, Lemon juice & Lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) each: Oil, Honey & chopped Cilantro
- ½ tsp (2 mL) each: Chili Powder & minced Garlic
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) each: Cumin & Pepper
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Salt
- Directions
- In large plastic bag combine orange, lemon and lime juices, oil, honey, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, cumin and pepper – seal bag and shake to mix well.
Add turkey steaks or fillets to marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare barbeque for direct heat cooking. Cook approximately 4-6 minutes per side until no longer pink in centre, juices run clear and meat thermometer reaches 170°F (77°C).
