- 6 turkey thighs, about 1.5 kg (3 lbs.)
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced Onions
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Salt
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Pepper
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Paprika
- ½ tsp (2 mL) dried Savory
- 1 can (284 mL / 10 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
- Directions
- Remove skin from turkey and discard. Place turkey and onions in a large, heavy saucepan or skillet. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey. Simmer, covered, until tender – about 1 ½ hours. Stir and baste turkey thighs occasionally.
- Tip
- Before serving, sprinkle with paprika and if desired, garnish with green or red pepper, parsley, or green onions.
