Ingredients
6 turkey thighs, about 1.5 kg (3 lbs.)
1 cup (250 mL) sliced Onions
½ tsp (2 mL) Salt
½ tsp (2 mL) Pepper
½ tsp (2 mL) Paprika
½ tsp (2 mL) dried Savory
1 can (284 mL / 10 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
Directions
Remove skin from turkey and discard. Place turkey and onions in a large, heavy saucepan or skillet. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey. Simmer, covered, until tender – about 1 ½ hours. Stir and baste turkey thighs occasionally.
