Ingredients
4 Turkey cutlets
1 Star Fruit, sliced
2 Kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
4 Strawberries
Sauce:
½ tbsp (7 mL) minced Green Onion
½ tbsp (7 mL) grated fresh Ginger
1 tbsp (15 mL) Tangerine zest
½ tsp (2 mL) Red Pepper flakes
1 cup (250 mL) Turkey Broth
1 tsp (5 mL) Soy Sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) pale dry Sherry
1 tbsp (15 mL) Vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) Sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) Corn Starch
Directions
Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 1-2 minutes. Combine corn starch with 2 tbsp (25 mL) cold water and stir into simmering liquid. Cook until thickened and clear. Grill turkey cutlets just until pinkness disappears. Spoon sauce onto dinner plate and place grilled turkey cutlet on sauce. Garnish with star fruit, kiwi fruit and strawberries.
