- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive Oil
- 12 oz. (350 g) boneless Canadian Turkey Breast, cut in strips
- 4 cups (1L) Spinach, torn and washed
- 8 oz. (250 g) Fusilli pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups (500 mL) Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 oz. (50 g) Feta cheese, crumbled

- Dressing:
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) Salt
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Oregano
- Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Stirfry turkey until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach, cover and steam until spinach is wilted. Combine remaining ingredients including dressing in a large bowl and toss. Add pasta mixture to turkey and stir to combine. Garnish with black olives, if desired.

- To reduce the fat content and calories in this recipe, use lower fat cheese.
