Ingredients
2 lbs (1 kg) raw ground turkey
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2 eggs
½ cup (125 mL) tomato paste
¾ cup (175 mL) dried bread crumbs
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano
1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Topping:
2 tbsp (25 mL) dried bread crumbs
2 tsp (10 mL) chopped parsley
Directions
Combine ingredients for loaf and place in loaf pan. Prepare topping and sprinkle over loaf. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
