- 4 Turkey Wings (1 kg /2 lbs.), split, fat trimmed and tips removed
- 12 cups (3 litres) Water

- MARINADE:
- 1 cup (250 mL) Hoisin Sauce
- 4 Tbsp (50 mL) Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Water
- 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Honey
- 4 Tbsp (60 mL) grated fresh Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Directions
- Boil wings in water for 30 minutes then remove from heat and set aside.
Place all marinade ingredients in a heavy re-sealable bag.
Place cooked turkey wings in the bag and massage until sauce has evenly coated wings.
Refrigerate overnight or no less than 4 hours.
Heat barbeque to 400ºF (200ºC). Spray grill with cooking spray and grill wings until golden and crisp – approximately 20 minutes.
