Turkey Cutlets with Cream Sauce

- 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) Turkey Cutlets, in 6 pieces
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) all-purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Butter
- 2 tsp (10 ml) grated Lemon peel
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup (250 ml) 35% Real Whipping Cream
- 3/4 tsp (4 ml) Salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) Pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh Parsley, chopped
- Directions
- Pat turkey cutlets dry and season with salt and pepper. Dust lightly with flour.
Heat butter in a large skillet. Brown turkey cutlets about 2 to 3 minutes per side in batches if necessary. Remove them to a serving platter and keep warm in a 200°F (100°C) oven while making the sauce.
Discard any excess fat from pan. Return pan to heat and add garlic and lemon peel. Cook 30 sec. Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes until thicker.
Pour cream over turkey and sprinkle with parsley.
